Thoughts for Meditation

For I am jealous of you with the jealousy of God. For I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. II Corinthians 11:2

O all ye that pass by the way, attend, and see if there be any sorrow like to my sorrow. Lamentations 1:12

Why is thy apparel red, and thy garments like theirs that tread in the winepress? I have trodden the winepress alone. Isaiah 62: 2-3

There is no beauty in him, nor comeliness: and we have seen him. There was no slightness, that we should be desirous of him. Isaiah 53:2

His mother kept all these words in her heart. Luke 2:51
